Privacy, in plain language.
Effective 6 August 2026. This notice explains the website’s current privacy boundary and the contact service being prepared for a later, separately approved launch.
Current status
The conversation widget is currently a local preview. It does not transmit, store, or retain the name, email address, social link, or message entered there. Closing it clears the fields from the page.
We will not enable collection until the contact Worker, database, email sender, anti-abuse controls, and deletion process have been configured and tested together.
What the live contact channel will use
When enabled, the contact channel will ask only for your name, email address, an optional social or GitHub link, the topic you select, and your message. We use this information only to understand and reply to your enquiry.
The contact form is not a newsletter sign-up. Marketing consent, if ever offered, will be a separate optional choice.
How a submitted enquiry will move
Enabled submissions will pass to an Acadine-controlled Cloudflare Worker, be stored in a restricted contact database, and create a notification from notifyacadine.me to infoacadine.me. The recipient address and sender are fixed by configuration; a visitor cannot choose them.
Please do not include passwords, identity numbers, banking details, health information, or other sensitive information in a message.
Retention and deletion
Once the live channel is enabled, contact records will be kept for up to 180 days so we can respond and manage the conversation, then deleted by the contact service’s scheduled cleanup. We will update this notice before activation if that period changes.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have shared through the enabled contact channel. Write to infoacadine.me and include enough context for us to find the conversation without sending sensitive information.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or browser storage for the conversation widget. It uses first-party site assets and does not load third-party chat services.

This website operates under the Acadine Intelligence name. For privacy questions, email infoacadine.me. The responsible legal entity and any jurisdiction-specific details will be published before real enquiries are accepted.
